We’re Full Swing into 2025!

Can you believe it's already September? The months are packed with events, holidays, birthdays, and business launches. It’s go time! The fall season is here, loaded with opportunities, and if your schedule is anything like mine, things are bustling. But we’re not going to let that slide into burnout. Let’s dive into a roadmap that will help you end 2025 strong, with growth and momentum, without running yourself ragged.


Choose Your Big Three

Just like Disney parks have their themed lands, your business should focus on three primary goals. You can't experience everything at once at Disney, and the same goes for your business. For the rest of 2025, I encourage you to choose your “Big Three” priorities. Whether it’s consistently emailing your list, filling your mastermind, or earning a CLIA card, these three goals are where your energy should go. Everything else is just bonus pixie dust.


Build in Space for Magic

Disney is known for its magical details, and your business should be no different. Plan for buffer time to foster creativity and allow for rest. Intentionally leave breathing room in your schedule for opportunities and growth. Look at your calendar and find space to recharge, whether it’s a weekend off or a dedicated CEO day.


Automate and Delegate Like a Boss

Think about automating and delegating tasks in order to free up your time and energy. Consider hiring a virtual assistant or outsourcing certain tasks. Automate where you can, like social media scheduling or email sequences, to focus on growing your business rather than getting bogged down in routine tasks.


Keep Selling Simple

Simplify your sales strategy by focusing on one or two core offers. Consistently promoting and sharing client stories around these offers will make a bigger impact than spreading yourself too thin. Remember, confused people don’t buy, so keeping your offerings clear will lead to simpler, more effective sales.

Protect Your Energy

Protect your energy by discerning whether activities and commitments align with your Big Three goals. Before saying yes, ask yourself if future you will appreciate the commitment. Protecting your energy is vital to protecting your business.


Your Homework

Grab your planner and jot down your Big Three priorities for the rest of 2025. Identify areas where you can simplify, automate, or build in extra space. Remember, a joyful business is a growing business. Disney is magical because it focuses on unforgettable experiences, and your business can be, too.
