I'm Lindsay.

Dreamer, Dog Mama, Adventurer & Chief Motivator

Hi! I’m Lindsay Dollinger: women’s business coach, podcast host of the Purpose and Pixie Dust podcast, high school Spanish teacher, dog mama to Bella, and Disney lover! I live in Mechanicsburg, Ohio (between Columbus and Dayton) with my younger sister and our rescue dog (from Puerto Rico), Bella. I’m obsessed with all things Disney (the parks, movies, studying the business model, and running RunDisney races).

I started in business in network marketing in 2016. I needed an outlet to feel fulfilled after my mom passed away from a nearly 17 year battle with breast cancer in 2015. I quickly found that I was obsessed with helping other women also grow their businesses, and my coaching business very organically grew from my success in my own business and helping others on my team. I also started my podcast (The Purpose, Profits, and Pixie Dust Podcast) in 2020 to share not only my own business advice and tips as I’m on the journey myself, but also to interview other motivational women to share with my audience.

I currently work with women closely in my Confident and Ambitious Mastermind. Additionally, I have a business course (the Dream Business Academy), the Purpose, Profits and Pixie Dust CEO society membership, retreats, and very limited 1:1 strategy calls to also support women to build their most inspirational businesses and lives.
